The purpose was to reconfigure the Powell Garage site to improve bus and employee circulation and safety at its access points, replace and modernize aging buildings, and accommodate 50 percent more buses. Facilities and buildings include a maintenance facility, offices and expanded bus maintenance, a bus wash and a fuel building.
