Project Manager – Mechanical Process Piping Systems: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of mechanical and process piping projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including estimating support, procurement, contract administration, BIM/VDC coordination, cost control, scheduling, safety leadership, and customer satisfaction. Project Engineer: Working under the supervision of a Project Manager, the duties included with this entry level management position will include assisting with preparation of project proposals and estimates, purchasing and tracking of materials for installation, labor productivity tracking, contract documentation, submittals, CO and RFI logs, schedule development, supporting our field supervisors by providing information needed for efficient installation of the work and providing project status updates to our customers. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar major is preferred. We will also consider related industry experience. Safety Coordinator: The Coordinator provides support in the field of a large high-tech manufacturing project. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and is expected to be a resource for the construction team. This position requires dependability, the ability to self-start and independently support the project team with safety related tasks. The safety coordinator will be physically active for most of the day walking to various locations on the project.
