Charter Mechanical is proud to announce that employees increased their generosity during our annual charitable giving campaign. With employees’ donations and our 100% company match, Charter’s total donations to local nonprofits came to $462,570, an increase of slightly more than $40,000 over last year.
Charter thanks all employees who helped make this year’s charitable giving campaign an even greater success. We were especially excited to include three Arizona charities this year: Arizona Heroes to Hometowns, Genesis City and Matthew’s Crossing. 2024 marked the second year Arizona was included in our charitable giving campaign.
“I want to thank you for the very generous donation that Charter Mechanical and your employees gave to Matthew’s Crossing. This is going to help feed so many people in our community. Forty percent of the people who come to our food bank, only come once. They find themselves in a difficult financial situation and just need a helping hand. Thank you for working with us to be there for them,” Jennifer Francisco, Development Director, Matthew’s Crossing.
This year’s campaign also benefitted four non-profit organizations in the Pacific Northwest: OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Oregon Food Bank, Fort Kennedy and the Alzheimer’s Association of Oregon and SW Washington.
“Thank you so very much for another incredible donation to Doernbecher from Charter Mechanical and the team. This donation brought the cumulative giving to Doernbecher to over $1 million since 2014!!! This is an inspiring milestone in philanthropy and the impact of your support is extraordinary,” said Sarah Larson, Assistant Vice President of Development, OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
Charter Mechanical has been giving back to our community since our founding. We gratefully acknowledge the continued generosity of our employees. We are proud to continue supporting the outstanding work of nonprofits in Arizona, Oregon, and Southwest Washington.
