Project Manager – Mechanical & Process Piping: Charter Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of mechanical and process piping projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including estimating support, procurement, contract administration, BIM/VDC coordination, cost control, scheduling, safety leadership, and customer satisfaction. Process piping experience is highly preferred.

Project Engineer – Mechanical & Process Piping Systems: Charter Mechanical is seeking a motivated Project Engineer – Mechanical & Process Piping to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position that supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and process piping construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Working under the guidance of experienced Project Managers, this role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to develop project management skills within the mechanical construction industry. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager: Working under the supervision of a Project Manager, the duties included with this entry level management position will include assisting with preparation of project proposals and estimates, purchasing and tracking of materials for installation, labor productivity tracking, contract documentation, submittals, CO and RFI logs, schedule development, supporting our field supervisors by providing information needed for efficient installation of the work and providing project status updates to our customers. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar major is preferred. We will also consider related industry experience. Project Safety Lead Professional: We are seeking a full-time, long-term Construction Site Safety Professional to support a high-tech construction project near Boise, ID. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and serves as a trusted safety resource for the project team. This role requires a dependable, self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting daily safety initiatives and ensuring compliance on the jobsite.
